International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide, but delivery times vary based on location.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.
  • Once an order is shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address or redirect the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are shipped.
  • If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly.
  • No refunds or replacements will be issued for lost or stolen packages.

Damaged or Defective Items
