- Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or customs processing.
International Shipping
- We ship worldwide, but delivery times vary based on location.
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.
- Once an order is shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address or redirect the package.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are shipped.
- If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly.
- No refunds or replacements will be issued for lost or stolen packages.

Damaged or Defective Items
